Why don't I see "Related Images" and "Related Videos" for some queries?
Sometimes the images and videos are described by words completely different from your query; thus it becomes increasingly difficult to display related and meaningful images for certain queries. We are working on improving our index, and hope to retrieve images and videos for most queries.

Why didn't my search find any results?
Sometimes the best websites do not use the most common words, or use them in a different way from what you might expect. The best thing to do if you do not see the results you are expecting (or any results at all) is to try other related words in your search. Try reducing the number of terms you use, use synonyms for overly simple or complex terms, and make sure that your word spelling is correct. For example, rather than searching for "pneumonia prescriptions and prices", perhaps use "pneumonia prescription" instead.
